The holiday apartment is on the 5th floor of the Silverton resort over looking the Nerang River and has breathtaking views in all directions including absolute river front, hinterland, mountains and ocean. You can enjoy these wonderful views from the comfort of the air conditioned apartment or relax on the large wrap around balcony. Silverton's heated pool's and spa are right bedside the Nerang river, once you have finished relaxing in the water you can use the sun loungers under the palm trees or sun umbrella's while reading a book or watching the river activities. Silverton also has it's own pontoon so bring your fishing gear and see what you can catch. It's also great for getting the water taxi especially during Christmas holidays and Indy 300. You may enjoy a game of tennis on Silverton's full size tennis court, complementary tennis rackets and balls are in the apartment. On the basement level you will find the gym which has recently had all the equipment replace. The basement level also has the steam rooms, games room (pool and table tennis) and access to the secure car park. Internet facilities can be found on the ground floor. Across the road you will find a convenience store, bottle store, takeaways and restaurants. There is so much to do locally and with a bus stop just outside the resort door it's easy to get there and back. The buses go to theme parks, malls etc in fact the entire length of the goldcoast. You may enjoy a relaxing round of golf, there are over 40 local courses to pick from see locations on map. At night you can relax with the home theater or go out and enjoy the fabulous nightlife that Surfers Paradise has to offer, wonderful restaurants, cabarets, nightclubs or Jupiter's casino.
